Complaints & Concerns

We work hard to serve you, our patients.  However, if you are unhappy with the treatment, either by one of the physicians or a staff member, we want to know about it.  Please direct your call or letter to the Practice Manager, Beechmont Office (513) 474-4450, and let her know what occurred.  It has been our experience that most misunderstandings can be resolved if the problem is brought to our attention.
