Complaints & Concerns

We work hard to serve you, our patients.  However, if you are unhappy with the treatment, either by one of the physicians or a staff member, we want to know about it.  Please direct your call or letter to the Practice Manager, Beechmont Office (513) 474-4450, and let her know what occurred.  It has been our experience that most misunderstandings can be resolved if the problem is brought to our attention.  You may also submit your concerns to her directly by filling out the following form.
